My name is Helen Sauvage and I am extremely excited to be a part of this new program! I am a recent graduate of Seattle University, where I played on the Women’s Basketball team and am currently the JV basketball coach at Holy Names Academy. Having been an athlete, I deeply appreciate the profound impact a coach can have on their players. This influence extends far beyond the

confines of the playing field and holds the potential to shape the course of a player's life. I want to be a source of inspiration and support for them, helping them grow not only as athletes but as individuals with a well-rounded and enriched existence. My ultimate goal is to instill values, skills, and wisdom that will serve them both on and off the court.
